The Research Of Dependability Between Pattern Of Syndrome In TCM And Colour Ultrasound, Blood Fat In Type 2 Diabetes

Purpose:To discuss the dependability between pattern of syndrome in TCM and age,course of disease,thickness of IMT,blood fat in type 2 diabetes.Approaches:Collect qualified 69 hospitalized patients and divide them into four groups:deficiency of both vital energy and yin,spleen distressed by humid heat,deficiency of both yin and yang,phlegm and silt block collaterals.Use the statistics software to compare the age,course of disease, blood fat,thickness of IMT,and complicated hypertension to approach the dependability.Result:①the different types between the groups have statistical significance about mean age and mean course of disease(p＜0.05).②45 patient in 69 have complicated hypertension in type 2 diabetes,which occupys 65.22%. The difference is not significant about the complicated hypertension between different groups.③There is a statistical significance of TC between deficiency of both vital energy and yin and deficiency of both yin and yang(p＜0.05),and also between the deficiency of both yin and yang and phlegm and silt block collaterals(p＜0.05).④The difference is significant between the different groups of IMT(p＜0.001)and the inner diameter is the same(p＜0.05).⑤In the same pattern of syndrome,the patients with complicated hypetension get the thicker IMT,but the difference is nog significant.Conclusion:①Pattern of syndrome seems to develop with the age,course of disease.②Metabolic disorder of fatty substance in the diabetes',and TC is close with pattern of syndrome,hige level of TG widely exists in the different groups.③Different pattern of syndrome with different IMT,and blood stasis appears to be worse with the time flies.④To compare IMT in the same pattern of syndrome,the diabetes with hypertension is obviously higher than the diabetes without hypertension.So hypertension may speed the atherosclerotic progress in the diabetes'...
