This research aim to clarify the clinical Curative effect and main mechanism that the treatment of Bronchial asthma With xiao qing long decoction addition, to explore initially the regulation of Dynamic state variety of the immune system in the outbreak of Bronchial asthma sufferers and the intervention of xiao qing long decoction addition, and The improvement of sufferer's symptom and the decending of reaction in spirit way, to illustrate further the influence that TCM made to Bronchial asthma in invention of immunology, and to establish theoretical basis in Curing Bronchial asthma effectively and ameliorating the prognosis.MethodsWe adopt the research method that is stochastical; check against; single and blind;forward-looking method. To explore the influence that xiao qing long decoction addition makes to Bronchial asthma sufferers in the impression of immune system. patients who cured in our hospital were met the criterion of Bronchial asthma. We got 44 cases in pursuance of the absorbing standard which had been decided. The data of eligible cased were inputted computer, and analyzed by the SPSS11.0 software. We analyzed the hierarchical data with Ridit, the enumeration data with X~2 inspection and two groups calculated index sign with t inspection.Reasults1. The time of shortness of breath and the occurrence of cough was markedly shorter than the comfort group (P <0.05);There was obvious difference between the total efficient of two groups(P<0.05).2. xiao qing long decoction addition can decent the reaction of conduction . comparising meantime, there was obvious different after cured between two groups.3. Eosimophile grannlocyte cell of the comfort group were markedly reduced than the cured group (P <0.05). IgE of the comfort group were markedly reduced than the cured group(P<0.05) .Conclusionxiao qing long decoction addition has a effort of ameliorating the prognosis. It can alleviate the cough of Bronchial asthma patients. It can slow down the high reaction of spirit way of patients. It can slow down the high reaction of spirit way of patients.It can accommodate the immune system and improve immune function in the patients with Bronchial asthma. It establish theoretical basis in curing Bronchial asthma effectively and ameliorating the prognosis.
