Cutting a diameter of about 4.5 mm, depth of about 15 um . 3% sodium pentobarbital of 1 ml/kg intraperitoneal injection to general anesthesia, and to 0.05% Aierkai Eye for eye drops local anesthesia later, LASEK and PRK surgery. After Tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops will be used, 4 times/day, chloramphenicol eye drops, 6 times / day. All specimens no signs of infection. Immunohistochemical staining Results: In normal cornea, only LN columnar epithelial cells in the basal layer cytoplasm, and stromal keratitis intracellular expression of Trace, in the former elastic layer expression, as the hallmark of a pre-elastic layer " line. " LASEK can be observed after the first day of the weak LN color, and continued until after four weeks. The PRK, after four weeks to the day after were seen LN expression.
