Clinical Study On Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome By The Three-Yin-Acupuncture

Objective: To observe the effect of the three-yin-acupuncture for treatment of PMS by clinical experimental system,the clinical experiment provided new treatment thinking to treat PMS.Methods: 80 cases of PMS were randomly divided into the treatment group (by the three-yin-acupuncture) and the control group (the ordinary acupuncture group) two groups. We observed their clinical symptoms ,measured estradiol(E2),follile stimulating hormone (FSH),uteinizing hormone(LH) levels and their adverse reaction.Results: The total validity rate of treatment group is 92.50%,while the control group is 80.00%(P<0.05). In the treatment group, the E2,FSH,LH levels in serum have been obviously improved after treatment, there is significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Also there is significant difference between the two groups on the Kupperman score index and adverse reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.according to meridian Differentiation, this topic achieved satisfied clinical effect mainly with yuan point combining with stream point by the three-yin-acupuncture for treatment of PMS, and provided new treatment thinking to treat PMS.2.The therapeutic effects of the three-yin-acupuncture for treatment of PMS was significantly better than that of the ordinary acupuncture(P<0.05), which proved this therapeutic method has clinical practicality.3.The therapeutic effects of the three-yin-acupuncture for treatment of PMS had effect on regulating the E2,FSH,LH levels in serum, and had significant improve function on the Kupperman score index ,better than that of the control group(P<0.01或P<0.05).
