| Objective I The author selected abdominal surgery patients and placed schistasis jejunum syrinx and enteral nutrition infusion system in jejunostomy postoperation. In earlier period of postoperation the patients are gived the enteral nutrition. To approach the effect of earlier period enteral nutrition of postoperation of abdominal surgery by the rusult.Methods: The author divided random them to EN section (20example) and PN section (16example) in 36 patients of operation on abdominal region to place the former jejumum syrinx on Trize ligament distal end 20-40 cm and supplyed the latter equal nitrogen and calorie standard to import in peripheral vein. The author observated the patient whether or not existence nauseated, disgorging, stomachache, abdominal distension diarrhea in everyday in postoperative enteral nutrition period; and recorded the time of passage of gas by anus and whether or not existence complication. The author determined patients' blood common practice, blood sugar, liver and renal function, electrolytes, body weight, plasma-albumin, transferring, prealbumin and so on. The author analyzed the date in stadistics faction.Result: The patients are gived enteral nutrition, so as to obtain the time of passage of gas by anus(52.3±4.7h) on EN section and the time of passage of gas by anus(73.3±5.3h) on PN section. The EN section is shorter than PN section at the time of passage of gas by anus. Two sets patients' albumin is not statistically significant in the circa of operation.Conclusion: The enteral nutrition is more superiority than parenteral alimentation, it is proper consisting with physiology, utility, economic convenience, letter complication. The time of the EN set patients' passage of gas by anus is shorter than the PN set. The enteral nutrition is faster than the parenteral alimentation on compositing prealbumin and transfermin. The enteral nutrition can promote to composite albumen.
