The third part will be carried out by analyze the result of some of our difficult laparoscopic surgeryPartâ… : We have done the laparoscopic adrenalectomy (LA) 211 cases, of which 210 cases were successful, compared with open adrenalectomy (OA) of 103 cases in the same period. Laparoscopic Group have less blood loss and better postoperative recovery than open group.Partâ…¡: renal pelvis and ureter cancer have lower incidence rate, but in recent years, we have still done more than 100 radical operations for patients with renal pelvis and ureter cancer. There have a total of three kinds of operation, including laparoscopic + abdominal incision, single-incision + intramural bladder resection of the cuff-law, the traditional two-incision method.
