| With a minimum of trauma to cure diseases, it is the purpose of the current international trend of the development of surgery, as transplantation, interventional and minimally invasive technique have been known as the three key surgical technology of the decade. With the development of the electronic, optical technology, the minimally invasive surgical technique in clinical practice became increasingly mature, Laparoscopic surgery is a representative of the technology with the impressive speed of development. We have summed up the cases done by laparoscopy since 1998 in our department, compared with the open surgery. The topic includes three parts: The first part will be laparoscopic adrenalectomy compared with open surgery for adrenal diseases. The second part will be comparative analysis of three different ways to treat the ureteropelvic tumor. The third part will be carried out by analyze the result of some of our difficult laparoscopic surgeryPartâ… : We have done the laparoscopic adrenalectomy (LA) 211 cases, of which 210 cases were successful, compared with open adrenalectomy (OA) of 103 cases in the same period. Laparoscopic Group have less blood loss and better postoperative recovery than open group.Partâ…¡: renal pelvis and ureter cancer have lower incidence rate, but in recent years, we have still done more than 100 radical operations for patients with renal pelvis and ureter cancer. There have a total of three kinds of operation, including laparoscopic + abdominal incision, single-incision + intramural bladder resection of the cuff-law, the traditional two-incision method. The topic will analyze the three kinds of surgical results, the results showed that: Compared with the traditional technique, laparoscopic surgery with less damage, less bleeding, faster recovery and shorter hospitalization; single-incision method is simple with shortest time, the amount of bleeding and surgical trauma are between the two other methods, but the retroperitoneal and pelvic cultivation may occur, so the method should be considered carefully.Partâ…¢: we summed up some difficult laparoscopic surgery, including laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and radical resection of bladder tumors. Although there is no comparison with the open surgery, but the efficacy and related literature are Clinical close to foreign reports, and achieved satisfactory results. We believe that through the above results: laparoscopic surgery in urology has a broad range of applications; Laparoscopic adrenalectomy has been a gold standard for the general urology physician. With the part of our surgery experience, it is believed that laparoscopic surgery has minimal trauma, less blood loss, rapid recovery, and other notable features, it is worth clinical application. |
