Expression And Significance Of Bladder Tumor Associated Antigen In Urine Of Patients With Bladder Cancer

Objective: To analyze the different expressions of the bladder tumor associated antigen(BTAA)in the preoperative morning uri ne of patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma and the patients with non urothelial carcinoma in urinary system;The different expressions of patients with different pathological grade of bladder urothelial carcinoma;So it can be used for early screening and postoperative follow-up of bladder urothelial carcinoma patients.Methods: All patients were divided into 2 groups,the first group: from November2015 to November 2016 in the Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital,the number of patients with bladder tumor preoperative morning urine reaches 97,applying the BTAA quantitative assay kit(Beijing PUEN GUANGDE)to the detection of BTAA expression and degree in urine of the patients,the postoperative pathological results of 5 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma is not excluded,statistical analysis was performed on 92 cases;The second group: the patients of urinary system with non bladder urothelial carcinoma and normal healthy people urine,a total of 57 cases,the same method was detected as control.The sample concentration > 88ng/ml identified as positive results: the specificity,sensitivity and chi square test(P<0.05)were used to analyze the difference of BTAA expression in the urine of patients between the two groups and different pathological grades of bladder urothelial carcinoma.Results: 1,The positive rates of two groups were compared: showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the expressions of BTAA positive rate in the case group and the control group were different.The positive rate of BTAA in case group was significantly higher than that in control group.2,The overall specificity of expression of BTAA in the case group was 82.4%,the overall sensitivity was 80.4%.3,The positive rates of different pathological grades of bladder urothelial carcinoma were compared :showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The positive rate of BTAA expression in high pathological grade bladder cancer is higher than that in low grade squamous cell carcinoma.4,The sensitivity of BTAA expression in low malignant potential urothelial tumor was 60.0%,the sensitivity of BTAA expression in low grade urothelial carcinoma was 88.9%,The sensitivity of BTAA expression in high level urothelial carcinoma was 92.3%.Conclusions: 1.The expressions of the bladder tumor associated antigen between patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma and the patients with non urothelial carcinoma in urinary system are obviously different,the positive rate of BTAA in case group was significantly higher than that in control group;2,The expression of BTAA in bladder urothelial carcinoma of different pathological grade was different,and the positive rate of BTAA expression in high pathological grade bladder cancer was higher than that in low grade squamous cell carcinoma of bladder.3,BTAA has the characteristics of high sensitivity and specificity,So it can be used for early screening and postoperative follow-up of bladder urothelial carcinoma patients.
