Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, which is the desiccational and maturational fruit coats of Citri Reticulata Blanco together with its cultivated variety, was recorded in Chinese pharmacopoeia of first volume in 2005. Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae which is traditional Chinese medicine in usual life, has the effect of managing gas tonifying spleen and the eliminating dampness of reducing phlegm. The materia medica is divided into Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae ( the fruit coats of Citri Reticulatae'Tangerina', Citri Reticulatae'Dahongpao'and Citri Reticulatae'Unshiu'which comes from Fujian, Chongqing and Zhejiang) and Guang Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (the fruit coat of Citri Reticulata'Chachi'which comes from Xinhui and Sihui in Guangdong). Among them the Guang pericarpium citri reticulatae is the most excellent , which takes Xinhui pericarpium citri reticulatae as genuine medicinal materials. As known, because of the traditional typical medicinal material, traditional spice and good cooking material of Xinhui pericarpium citri reticulatae, therefore it become famous and also becomes one of the "Guang goods" in the north and south trade in Song Dynasty, moreover it is the traditional medical and condiment of exports of Guangdong province at that time.Pericarpium citri reticulatae has the statement of "the longer the better", is because when the reserve time increases, the medical effect of Pericarpium citri reticulatae is different and market price is also high, thus some others pretend to be Xinhui Pericarpium citri reticulatae in apperance, through dyeing skin by tea. Both the distinguish methods of traditional sense and properties together with modern colour spectrum analysis can not satisfy the request of rapidly accurate distinguish methods of Pericarpium citri reticulatae in marketplace, therefore, there is a urgent need to build the fast, science and accurate methods for distinguishing Pericarpium citri reticulatae.In recent years, Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR) distinguishing research in studying in traditional Chinese medicine have a lot of reports , although they reflect the overlying of the blending consititutive molecule absorbs in traditional Chinese medicine ,as long as the chemical composition quality and amounts in traditional chinese medicine are relatively stable and the sample treatment method unites a norm, therefore their infrared spectra ought to be relatively stable. Because of impacts of the external world factor over medicinal material component such as growing quality , place of production and reserve time, the difference of them can be reflected respectively on infrared spectra. The thesis uses the infrared spectra technology to distinguish and compare different reserve times and different areas of Pericarpium citri reticulataes to analyzes the relationship of reserve times of Pericarpium citri reticulataes and its chemical composition (Infrared fingerprint) in general, and it also find out different areas of production leads to difference in component (the difference of Infrared fingerprint), which then provides the accurate , simple and convenient and reliable basis for the distinguishing of Pericarpium citri reticulataes.In this thesis, several different Pericarpium citri reticulataes have been studied via the multi-steps IR macro-fingerprint method, which combines three steps: conventional IR spectroscopy, second derivative IR spectroscopy, and two-dimensional IR correlation spectroscopy. Main researchs included: (1) the infrare fingerprint of Pericarpium citri reticulataes from different places applying to the FT-IR technology; (2) build the infrared fingerprint of Pericarpium citri reticulataes in different reserve times applying to the FT-IR technology; (3) build the fast multi-steps Infrared macro-fingerprint method to distinguish Pericarpium citri reticulataes from different areas and in different reserve years. The conclusions indicated: (1)the Pericarpium citri reticulataes from Guangdong and Guangxi both contain 2-methyamino-benzoic acid ethylester component, while others don't ;(2) Along with the store times become longer, the contents of hesperidin become more, the Pericarpium citri reticulataes produces a amount of organic acids or organic ester .The multi-steps Infrared macro-fingerprint method which is fast, accurate and penetrating,has important role in the Chinese medicinal true or false distinguishing, production controlling and the Chinese medicinal crop fleetness quality evaluation.
