A Control Analysis Of Neuron-specific Emolase On Patients With Alcoholism Mental Disorders

Objective To study the extent of brain damage,evaluate the curative effect of therapeutic project about tempetance and the promoting metalolize of brain cell.;establish the biochemistry and diagnostic index of alcoholism mental disorders;provide the academic gist of the pharmic and mental treatment,improve the therapeutic effect.Methods Serum NSE(with ELISA)levels in patients with alcoholism mental disorders (altogether 30 patients)and 35 controls,the check-up of CT and the assessing of BPRS and HRSD.Results Serum NSE levels were significantly higher in patients with alcoholism mental disorders than those in the controls(P＜0.05),and were higher than those in same patients after the 4 weeks treatment(P＜0.05).The abnormal rate of the Brain CT was 93.33%.The relation of the serum NSE levels and the assessing of BPRS(r=0.588,P＜0.05)and HRSD(r=0.581,P＜0.05) were plus.Conclusions The measure of serum NSE levels can response the serious degree of alcoholism mental disorders and the extent of brain damage,and evaluate the curative effect of therapeutic project,and know how to dose.
