Objective: To study the effect of intensity 0.2T static magnetic field on Proliferation activity, Cell Cycle and Apoptosis of Hypertrophic Scar Fibroblasts as well as detect the expression of alpha smooth muscle actin (a-SMA) and Further analyses of its possible mechanism.Method: Hypertrophic Scar Fibroblasts were isolated and cultured, the fibroblast disposed in 0.2T permanent magnetic field for 72 hours. The An effect of the permanent magnetic field exposure on cell proliferation was investigated by MTT colorimetric assay, cell cycle and apoptosis were investigated by the methods of flow cytometry. The expressions of a-smooth muscle actin (a-SMA) were detected with immunohistochem -istry.Result: Compared with the control group ,the fibroblast disposed in 0.2T permanent magnetic field for 72 hours obviously inhibit the proliferation of hyperplasia scar fibroblast and the expressions of a-smooth muscle actin. 0.2T permanent magnetic field on the cell cycle have an influence. The proportion of cells in the G0/G1 phase increased, the proportion of cells in S phases decreased, and the apoptosis rate increased .Conclusion: 1. The 0.2T permanent magnetic field have an obvious inhibition on proliferation of hyperplasic scar fibroblast. 2.The 0.2T permanent magnetic field on the cell cycle have an impact, the proportion of cells in the G0/G1 phase increased, the proportion of cells in S phases decreased, and the apoptosis rate increased .3.The 0.2T permanent magnetic field have an obvious inhibition on fibroblasts to transform into myofibroblasts. and the expressions of a-smooth muscle actin.
