Objective:To study depressant effect of the static magnetic field on excised hypertrophic scar fibroblasts proliferation,TGF-β1 and collagen typeⅠexpression;To observe the variant intension static magnetic fields' influence on excised hypertrophic scar fibroblasts proliferation,TGF-β1 and collagen typeⅠexpression;To explore the effect of the static magnetic field on anti- hypertrophic scar.Methods:Dermal hypertrophic scar fibroblasts in vitro cultured for 5-6 generations were randomly divided into 4 groups,which are group A(control group 0Tesla),group B(0.1Tesla),groupC(0.2Tesla)and group D(0.3Tesla).The 4groups are cultivated for 12 hours,then placed in an incubator with levels set at 0Tesla,0.1Tesla,0.2Tesla,0.3Tesla respectively and were removed atl2-h,24-h,36-h,72-h intervals for study.Cell proliferation was determined by cell counting,Collagen typeⅠand TGF-β1 expression was detected by Western Blot.Results:The cell counting in experimental groups(B,C,D)are reduced to the control group(A),and the expressions of TGF-β1,collagen typeⅠin experimental groups(B,C,D)were reduced to the control group(A)(P<0.05);Furthermore with the intensity of magnetic field increasing between the groupB,C andD,the cell counting and the expressions of TGF-β1,collagen typeⅠare reduced gradually(P<0.05).Conclusion:The static magnetic field can induce dermal Hypertrophic scar fibroblast proliferation and and induce TGF-β1 and collagen typeⅠexpression,has the effect on anti- hypertrophic scar.
