Blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure mainly results from protein molecule,the molecular weight of lood plasma albumin is small(approximately 66000Da)and the number of blood plasma albumin is big(albumin larger than globulin larger than fibrinogen).So the albumin is the most important to blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure.According to Starling law,lower blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure can make the liquid flow into tissue diastem,thus result in exterior tissue and lung edema.To say in other words,Blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure play a great part in the stabilization of blood volume and the precaution of tissue edema. Plasma albumin is the only a proteinum among the all dissoluble proteinums.Because it can not pass the.If the contents of albumin becomes greatly small,at the same time,the contents of globulin becomes greatly big.that is,the contents of the total proteinums do not change,Blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure can greatly decrease.So people estimated blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure pass through blood plasma albumin or total proteinums before.The purpose of this paper is to validate the accuracy of blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure determination using formula method by comparing with colloid osmotic pressure apparatus method.Again,Rapid and reliable determination of blood volume(BV).After intraoperative mass blood loss,posttraumatic hemorrhage is crucial in critically ill patients,since hypovolemia has been associated with significant increase in morbidity and mortality.Blood volume measurements Include Evans blue method,1CG method,pulse dye densitometry method,isotope-labeled RBC or albumin method carbon monoxide method.None of the existing methods,however, has gained widespread clinical acceptance,Because these methods have some extent of significant drawbacks,e.g.,complicated practice,poor repeatability,big error and unwelcome administration of radioactive materia.The purpose of this paper is to validate the accuracy of blood volume determination using Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection method and Voluven by comparing with hemoglobin method and height weight method.1 Blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure measurements by two formulasObjective:To validate the accuracy of Blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure determination using formulas method.method:Blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure of forty patients(20 adults,20children)whose albumin content are normal and twenty patients whose albumin content are low scheduled for general anaesthesia were measured by the two formulas method and plasma colloid osmotic pressure instrument method si multaneously.The correlation between two methods was valued.Results:formulasl method and plasma colloid osmotic pressure instrument method demonstrated a high correlation.there were not statistics senses between the disparity of the two results;However,formulas(2)method and plasma colloid osmotic pressure instrument method demonstrated a high correlation,there were statistics disparity between the two results.Conclusion:Blood plasma colloid osmotic pressure measurements by formula(l)is nearer to actual effect used than formula2.2 blood volume determination using Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection method during the operation on congenital heart diseaseObjective:To validate the feasibility of Blood volume determination by Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection method during the operation on congenital heart diseases,method:Blood volume of twenty congenital heart diseases scheduled for general anaesthesia were measured by Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection method and hemoglobin method and height weight method simultaneously.during the process,we can take natrium lacticum as deliquation indicator and according to BV=P2×C/[(p1—P2)+(P2—P1)×Hct].The correlation between three methods was valued.Results:Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection method and hemoglobin method demonstrated a high correlation(r=0.9912),there were not statistics senses between the disparity of the two results(p>0.05);However,Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection method and height weight method demonstrated a high correlation(r=0.9756),there were statistics disparity between the two results (p<0.05).Conclusion:After Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection is injected into the body,It at least stay in blood vesse in the larlier period and react fluid expansion, Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection method is feasible in blood volume determination method.3 blood volume determination using Voluven method during the operation on congenital heart diseaseObjective:To validate the feasibility of Blood volume determination by Voluven method during the operation on congenital heart diseases,method:Blood volume of twenty congenital heart diseases scheduled for general anaesthesia were measured by Voluven method and hemoglobin method and height weight method simultaneously,during the process,we can take Voluven as deiiquation indicator.The correlation between three methods was valued.Results:Voluven method and hemoglobin method demonstrated a high correlation(r=0.9900),there were not statistics senses between the disparity of the two results(p>0.05);However,Voluven method and height weight method demonstrated a high correlation,there were statistics disparity between the two results(p<0.01).Conclusion:After Voluven is injected into the body,Its fluid expansion effect exceed a hundred per cent in the larlier period.Voluven method is feasible in blood volume determination method.
