Objective To find out the main pathogenicmicrobes and drug resistance in bile samples of patients with gallbladder infection. To find out the different bacteriological feature between cholecystolisthiasis patients with HBSAg(+)and with HBSAg(-),old patients and young patients. The relation between wound infection and gallbladder infection. Methods To collect the record of operation on cholecystolithiasis in our hospital from 2006.1 to 2007.12,Prospective studies clinical data and pathogenicmicrobes and drug resistance.Result In 2 years, there are 310 cases of cholecystolisthiasis are operated in our hospital. The date of 109 strains of pathogen found in the positive bile cultivation.Totally 109 strains were identified including 65 gram negative(59.6%,65/109),and 42 gram positive strains(38.5%,42/109),2 fungal strains(1.8%,2/109),The most common pathogenic bacteria were Escherichia coli (22.9%,25/109).The results of drug susceptibility showed that the resistant rates of gram n egative strains to Imipenem was lowest(10.7%),among CefoPerazone and Sulbaetam(13.8%)and Amikaein(18.5%),None of gram positive strains resisited to Inipenem and vancongcin, and the rates to Chloramphenicol,Fosfomycin respectively was 14.3%,19.8%.The incidence rate of cholesterol stone and bilins stone in 53 patients with HBSAg(+)are 20.8%and 47.2%.Th e positive bile cultivation in old patients(60)are higher than younger patients(<60),(P<0.01).There are no significant difference between male and female on positive of bile cultivation (P>0.05).Conlusion Cholesterol stone of cholecystolisthiasis was the main type in locality. Gram negative bacteria was the most common pathogenic bacteria. The positive bile cultivati on was significant difference between old patients are higher than younger patients(P<0.01).There are no significant difference between male and female on positive of bile cultivation(P>0.05).Bacteria cultivation of 18 cases infected w ound indicate that 83.3%wound are infected by the bacteria in gallbladder.
