Experimental Study On The Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Heat And Blood Stasis By Tao He Cheng Qi Decoction

Objective:To explore the effect of Tao He Cheng Qi Decoction on the immunity pathologist and ultrastruture.Supply experiment and theory basis for traditional chinese medicine treating PID.Methods:They were made into PID of heat and blood stasis Wistar rat by mixture bacterium.Takes the rats wenous blood to determine the change of TNF-a in the rats blood serum.We observed the changes of histopathologic by light microscope and the changes of ultrastructure of rat's endometrium by electron microscope.Analyse the influence of Tao He Cheng Qi Decoction on the abovementioned index.Result:The experimental results show that the level of TNF in blood of the treatment group and the control group are significantly different (p＜0.05).The changes of histology show that plasma cells and fiber cells of the treatment group rats are reduced obviously.Through electron microscope,we find the number of lysosomes in the epithelia of endometrium of the treatment group rats is less than that of the control group rats.The shapes of microvillis of endometrium of the treatment group rats are more regular than those of the control group rats.Conclusions:These results suggest that Tao He Cheng Qi Decoction has the certain function of enhance the partial of PID rat's pathological immunity.It may moderate the injuried organizational structure and promot metabolism to restore its normal structure,then improve the function of cells.
