Experimental Research On Prevention of Postoperative Intestinal Adhesion with. "Da cheng Qi Tang Jia Wei" and TOBISHI DF-521 . Wang Li-xia, Snrgery Department of Traditional Chinese and Western Treatment, The Hospital Attached of Liao Ning College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. (110032).Objective: To observe the comparative effect on the prevention of the postoperative intestinal adhesion with "Da Cheng Qi Tang Jia Wei "and TOBISHI DF-521. Methods: Fourty SD big mice were randomly devided into four groups and modeled intestinal adhesion. Three gronps were respectively treated with (1) Chinese herbal decoction, ㏕OBISHI DF-521 injected into the abdominal cavity, and (2)both chinese, herbal decoction and TOBISHI DF-521 They were compared with the control group. Results: The combined use of herbal decoction and TOBISHI DF-521 could obviously decrease the concentration of the fibrinogen in abdominal exudate and accelerate the decomposition of the fibrinogen, and could evidently reduce the severity of adhesion. Conclusion:The combined use of the "Da Cheng Qi Tang Jia Wei" and TOBISHI DF-521 is a simple and effective method to prevent postoperation intestinal adhesion.
