Study Of Treatment Principle Of Severe And Migratory Arthralgia Based On Data Analysis Of Ancient And Modern Medical Records

Background:Severe and Migratory Arthralgia is a painful sickness,which threaten the quality of human's life,its morbidity has a global tendency,and the number is increasing year by year.It is equal to rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis,gout,osteoarthritis,kashin-beck disease and bone tuberculosis approximately in modern medicine. Traditional Chinese Medicine has obvious advantages in its prevention and cure.The experiments of curing Severe and Migratory Arthralgia by the physicians of the sages at all time are practical and effective. But the research about this area focus a few physicians only. So the experiments treating Severe and Migratory Arthralgia by the physicians of the sages at all time are researched not widely and deeply enough.Besides the famous physicians,we should pay more attention to the other physicians of the sages at all time. Their experiments about Severe and Migratory Arthralgia are worth excavating deeper and arranging better.Purpose:I studied the medical literature about Severe and Migratory Arthralgia written by the major physicians of the sages at all time by collecting, sorting out, analyzing, and appraising. And I take statistics from the medicine cases about Severe and Migratory Arthralgia. The regulary pattern how the physicians of the sages at all time treated and understood Severe and Migratory Arthralgia will be hoped to get from all these works.The results of this research will be used in guiding the clinical work of TCM.It may raise the effect of the treatment to Severe and Migratory Arthralgia and developTraditional Chinese Medicine.Objects and Methods:Firstly,I explored,sorted out and selected from the medical literature in respects such as the name and category, etiology and pathology, diagnosis and treatment, prescriptions and herbs and so on,making every effort to get the law of the development of its syndrome differentiation and treatment as a whole,which lay the medical literature foundation for future study. Secondly, to establish the database of general information,symptoms,prescriptions and herbs treating Severe and Migratory Arthralgia of TCM, and using the software of SAS to deal with frequency analysis,factor analysis and clustering analysis, then to appear high-frequency medicines and symptoms, analyse etiology and pathology, syndromic types and the principles andcharacteristics of medicines.Results:Frequency analysis shows that the female patients are more, proportion of male and female was 1:2.16.The main symptoms of Severe and Migratory Arthralgia are aching all over,swelling,flexion-extension dysfunction and dysarthrasis,physicians often use drugs for antirheumatoid,drugs for benefiting qi and blood as well as blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs, which shows indirectly the major pathogenesis of the sickness is deficiency of qi and blood as well as the obstruction of the cannels and collaterals by wind-cold-dampness.Factor analysis shows other important pathogenesis.Clustering analysis offers us with syndrome category and the corresponding compatibility of medicines.
