The Clinical Pathology Of Acupuncture Holographic Points And The Points Around Ear To Treat Sudden Hearing Loss Patients.

Objective:To studay clinical of sudden hearing loss patients in the treatment of routine medicine and on the base of it add acupuncture holographic points and the points around ear.Methods:The 72 patients(96ears)with sudden hearing loss were random selected into four groups:Study group 1,study group 2,study group 3 and control group.There were 25 ears in study group 1,there were 23 ears in study group 2,there were 24 ears in study group 3 and there were 24 ears in control group.The study group 1 took(1)routine medicine(2)acupuncture holographic points and the points around ear;The study group 2 took(1) routine medicine(2)the points around ear;The study group 3 took(1)routine medicine(2)acupuncture holographic points;The control group were only given routine medicine.After 14 days' treatment,we examined the patients by eletro-auditioncarry on statistical analyze curative effect.Results:According to diagnosis standard of sudden hearing loss diagnosis gist and curative effect classification,the study group 1 curative effect surpasses other groups obviously(p＜0.05);The rise,peak valley and the smooth hearing curve curative effect surpasses the drop and entire deaf (P＜0.05);The curative effects of sudden hearing loss patients accompanies the dizziness is lower than does not accompanies the dizziness(P＜0.05); The course of an illness and the curative effect have the significance difference(P＜0.05),the showing course of an illness is shorter the deaf curative effect to be suddenly more obvious.
