The Clinical Research On Tanshinone ⅡA And Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis In Knee Joints

Objective:The Rheumatoid arthritis in knee joints with high incidence in adult belongs to rheumatism.The symptom of the joint similar with malignant tumor for it's complicated pathogenesis.The aim of the research is to observe the therapeutic effeet of clinical symptom and Physical sign of rheumatoid arthritis in knee joints by TanshinoneⅡA hyaluronate injection and oral zheng qing feng tong ning releasepreparations,then to discuss it's mechanism and foreground.Methods:60 cases of rheumatoid gonarthritis were divided into two groups randomly.The curing group which has 30 patients of TanshinoneⅡA hyaluronate injection each three days,each 4ml and oral zheng qing feng tong ning releasepreparations two times each day,two pills each time.The controlling group which has 30 patients of oral zheng qing feng tong ning releasepreparations only,two times each day,two pills each time.The period of treatment of two groups were 3 months.The symptoms and physical signs were observed before and after treatment.Result:The symptoms and physical signs were improved after treatment.In curing group which has 30 case in fact,the totally effecttive rate is 93.33%.There into,clinical control 5 cases,display effect 15 cases,8 cases curing in effect and 2 cases curing inefficacy. While in the controlled group,the totally effective rate is 76.70%.There into,clinical control 0 case,display effect 4 cases, 19 cases curing in effect and 7 cases curing in efficacy.On the aspect of the totally effective rate,the curing group excelled the controlling group obviously(P＜0.05).There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P＜0.05).Besides,the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving symptoms and relieving pains,tumefaction and hindrance of arthrosis function.The curative effect is distinct in the early and metaphase of pathological ehanges while poorly in lately.Conclusion:It is proved that TanshinoneⅡA hyaluronate injection and oral zheng qing feng tong ning releasepreparations is an effective main therapeutic method in treating clinical symptom and physical sign of Rheumatoid arthritis in knee joints.
