Clinical Study Of Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning Extende Action Tablet In Treating Lumbar Zygapophysial (Facet) Joint Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe oral Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning of lumbar osteoarthritis clinical symptoms and signs of improvement, compare the Clinical efficacy between Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning group and Diacerein group, discusse the role of TCM in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.Methods:60patients with lumbar osteoarthritis divided into two groups randomly,30cases of each group. The testing group with oral Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning, two times a day,60mg each time. The control group with Diacerein capsule, two times a day,50mg each time.8weeks as a course of treatment for each group.Results:1. JOA score comparison of two groups:There are no apparently statistical differences among two groups pretherapy (P>0.05). JOA score comparison of two groups has significant difference after treament(P<0.05), the testing group is better than the control group.2. Clinical symptoms and signs comparison of two groups:P value are less than0.05, the comparison of each item of the modified JOAscore after treatment shows significant difference in the testing group and the control group.3. Clinical efficacy comparison of two gruops:After treatment the total efficiency of the testing group is90.00%while the control group is66.67%, the clinical efficacy comparison of the modified JO A score after treatment shows significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning and Diacerein all can improve the clinical symptoms, signs and faction of joint, have the action of analgesia and anti-inflammatory. The total clinical efficacy of the testing is better the control group.
