Forecasting the limitation of clinical visualization-system in diagnosing cervical spondylosis, assisting doctor give a better treatment to Cervical spondylosis and giving a better explanation of pathology, the Cervical model is established in computer by employing CAD (computer aided design) technology.in order to quantify the artery's deformation and vertebral slant with the convenient edit function in CAD and improve the therapy course.The Cervical anatomy feature is described firstly and an adequate analysis of each vertebra's arrangement in CT(computerized tomography)/MR images and detailed method of confirming corresponding relationship of vertebra in different slices are.given. An example of Cervical CT images is given to show the practicability of method. The computer model of Cervical is established with surface modeling technology based on local and integer way. According to this model, research of specific patient's vertebral slant and contrast of left and right vertebral artery's deformation are done. Then, a correspondi- ng relationship of these two is given. Secondly, pathology of atherogenesis and the physiology feature of artery and blood are introduced. According to CFD(computati- onal fluid dynamics) theory, simplifying vertebral artery's model and analyzing the dynamical parameters of blood stream in artery in order to speculate the probability of Cervical spondylosis leads atherogenesis. At last, summarizing the whole research and expecting the further research.
