The Application Of Ant Colony Algorithm To Prevention And Cure For Diabetes Mellitus

The diabetes mellitus is a severe sickness which injures human health seriously, Insulin Resistance and Insulin dependent are the two important factor in diabetes occurring. This thesis introduced the examination method and math model for evaluating insulin function in medicine field.Ant colony algorithm is a optimization algorithm which based real ant colony'behavior for finding food, could step to the best solution using a kind of regenerative feedback mechanism. It was first proposed for solving Traveling Salesman Problem, and exhibited it good ability in solving other combinatorial problem. Then it was expanded to continuous optimization problem, so having roomy application future.This thesis goes deep into Ant colony algorithm in continuous space for its theory, method and model. We improved the searching abilities of the algorithm, so it is fit to LMM which developed for modern diabetes inquiry. After writing program with c++, the result of experiment show that the new algorithm has better ability on reducing the time of computing. At last the new algorithm could apply to any continuous optimization problem in theory.
