As a special service enterprise, hospitals produce a lot of information every day while plenty of medical service is made. The hospital informationization development is attributed to the social demands, common people's demands and the demands of profession informationization as well. What's more, national powerful support and the hospitals' initiative both play vital roles.ObjectsThrough the investigation of hospital information system construction of Jining, in Shandong Province, to find the status quo and the implementation effect of Jining hospital information system construction, to discover the current problems, and to analyze its influence factors. According to the characteristic of hospital informationization and the trend of hospital development, to propose further according policies and suggestions, which may be helpful to the development of Jining hospital information system construction. Methods57 hospitals in Jining were selected by the method of lamination random sampling. When sampling, factors of region distribution, hospital rank, hospital category and hospital classification management type were considered in turn. By posting questionnaire and field investigation, the hospital information construction of Jining was studied. The data was analyzed by SPSS11.0. Hospital informationization construction of Jining was described, and the influence by the factors of hospital rank, hospital income and so on were studied.Conclusion and suggestions1.To enhance organization and leadership, to make long-term plan.2.
