| With the advent of the Internet era,digital hospitals have a modern development platform,which can provide online appointment registration,telemedicine and other services,but there is still a certain gap in hospital information management.In 1988,K Hospital was completed and belonged to a public institution.It was funded by the central government with half-disbursement.It is also a comprehensive and modernized rehabilitation medical institution integrating letters,labor,research,education and medicine.In hospitals,financial management is an important part of hospital construction and development of hospital information.This paper takes K hospital as the research object and finds that although it has built various infrastructures based on informationization,the system integration data is not tight enough,resulting in waste of data resources.In the financial management work,there are some problems related to data management,asset management,cost accounting,performance appraisal system and lack of comprehensive budget management.The main reasons are the lack of overall financial information construction,the lack of standardized information data,and the financial system structure.Single,financial management system is not compatible,lack of high-quality comprehensive talent.Therefore,K hospital should focus on the financial information management work,and combine its own and the reform of the medical system,constantly improve the financial information management mechanism,improve the level of hospital financial fine management,and promote the sustainable development of hospitals.Lay a good foundation.Based on the information construction,this paper analyzes the status quo,problems and causes of financial management by taking K hospital as an example.It proposes a plan to optimize the financial management of hospitals,and points out that accounting,asset management,cost management and performance are based on accounting.The improvement of assessment management and comprehensive budget management is not enough.It is necessary to integrate an improved HIS,HRP system,scientific research system and OA system to establish an integrated financial management platform to obtain data information and indicators of various economic operations of the hospital.Through the analysis of data information,reduce manual methods,implement every link of comprehensive budget management,realize data sharing,and effectively control costs,thereby achieving the goal of hospital financial fine management and speeding up the healthy development of the hospital. |
