Portable intellective transfusion facility replaces the ordinary gravity transfusion by using the mini-electromotor, so it can accurately control the speed and quantity of the transfusion. By supervising the transfusion process, when abnormal cases happened, such as a pipeline jam or danger air bubbles, it can rapidly shut down transfusion way automatically in order to prevent the accidents caused by transfusion. The facility could stop automatically when the transfusion end up and reminds patient or paramedic by sound and lamplight. With its feature such as convenient tote, easy operation and so on, portable intellective transfusion facility can improve security, accuracy and efficiency, alleviate work intensity of paramedic in the case of accurate transfusion, battlefield rescue, emergency and so on. It's a medical treatment equipment of high capability but low price.On the basis of the analysis of the basic operation principle of the portable automatic transfusion facility. A reliability and security research was given to the transfusion pump system in this thesis.Firstly, buliding a reliability model of the portable automatic transfusion system according to the relation of reliability function between the function of the system and the unit of the system. Using the improved fuzzy reliability assignment methods assigned the reliability of the system , a impersonal and exact assignment result was got. Buliding the fault tree of the transfusion velocity controlling unit and the bubble monitoring unit, two biggish invalidation units of the transfusion pump, the fix quantify numeration is going into the invalidation of the top event by using engineering plus fault tree analysis method. Some relevant methods enhancing the reliability of the single chip controlling system and the bubble monitoring system were presented.Secondly, demonstrated the security of the user interface system of the transfusion facility through experiment. Users can set parameters of the transfusion facility conveniently by the keyboard and LCD, false operation was avoided. The alarm system enhanced the reliability and security of the system.Then, using taguchi method to optimize the design of the project because of the low transfusion precision of the transfusion facility and more parameter effecting the transfusion precision involved. Using the least square polynomial fitting method to confirm the function relation between the driver pulse number of the step motor and the transfusion velocity, improved the transfusion velocity controlling program. Improving the transfusion precision by using the accelerate-decelerate run mode instead of the speed-lasting run mode of the step motor. Through experiment, analyzed the effect of transfusion time and drug concentration on the transfusion precision and analyzed primary effect factors of the precision of air detector, demonstrated the security of the bubble monitoring system. Demonstrated the security of the material used on the transfusion facility.
