Advances In Clinical Blood Transfusion

On the premise of the scarcity of blood resources and the risks associated with blood transfusion,the adoption of scientific,reasonable and economical transfusion strategies to reduce unnecessary blood transfusion is to save blood resources and reduce adverse reactions of blood transfusion.With the progress of medicine and the progress of new research,many experts pointed out that restrictive blood transfusion can save blood resources greatly without increasing the incidence of mortality,which is superior to liberal transfusion strategy.Compared with the traditional transfusion strategy,individualized transfusion strategy quantifies the patient's condition and greatly improves the reasonableness of blood transfusion treatment,which is a hot research topic in recent years.For single disease transfusion,such as autoimmune hemolytic anemia and thalassemia,because of the particularity of disease,we need to attach great importance to single disease blood transfusion,formulate corresponding single disease transfusion program,and gradually optimize and improve blood transfusion strategy.
