Approach To Relationship Among Spleen Deficiency Type, Renal Deficiency Type COPD Patients Of Stable Phase And The Classification Of Pulmonary Functional, MRC Grading And Lipid Levels

Objective:Investigate the the relationship among spleen deficiency type,renal deficiency type COPD patients in stable phase and pulmonary functional classification,MRC grading and lipid levels,to explore the type of syndrome of TCM quantization and positioning in COPD patients in stable phase of spleen deficiency type,renal deficiency type.Methods:1.Each 30 Patients with COPD stable phase spleen deficiency type and renal deficiency type were recruited from respiratory ward and clinic in our Hospital during 2007 Jan and 2008 Jan.Their BMI were between 18.6 kg/m~2 and 23.9kg/m~2.Spleen deficiency group:men 23 cases,7 cases of women,the average age 68.67±4.28 years,the average BMI 21.81±0.66 kg/m~2..Kidney Deficiency group:men 25cases,5 cases of women,the average age 70.67±4.30 years,the average BMI 21.46±0.72kg/m~2.2..All patients were assessed the grade of functional dyspnea and measured FEV1, FEV1%after inhalation of bronchial Terbutaline。Observation indexes were repeated two times for the best value.All patients were draw blood after fasting 12 hours in the morning to determine cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein.3.T test was applied in statistical treatment for measurement data,and chi square test or Ridit test was used for ranked data,U test for rate comparison.Result:1,It was showed statistical significance between spleen deficiency type and kidney deficiency type COPD patients in stable phase at pulmonary function and Severity degree(P＜0.05).2.the TG level was lower in the group of kidney deficiency type than that of spleen deficiency type;and the detection rate of former whose TG level was below normal value was higher(P＜0.05)。there was no significant difference in two group at TC,HDL-C,LDL-C levels.Conclusion:1.Kidney Deficiency type COPD patients in stable phase showed more serious than Spleen deficiency at pulmonary function and MRC classify.2.Kidney Deficiency type COPD patients in stable phase had lower TG levels than Spleen deficiency type patients;detection rate of former which was below normal value was higher.It may be suggest that Kidney Deficiency type COPD patients had the below normal value trend of TG levels.3.Kidney Deficiency typeCOPD patients was more common in serious COPD using pulmonary functional classification and MRC grading.They should be treated by firming the root and fostering the source to nify the kidney as to delay the advance of COPD.
