Clinical Study Of Zibai Ointment For Wounds Healing After Operation Of Dampness-heat Retention Anal Fissure

Objective Change dressing with Zibai Ointment and vaselina Ointment was used in operation of dampness-heat retention anal fissure to contrast the clinic therapeutic effect on wounds healing,To observe the ZiBai ointment' effect on wounds healing after operation of dampness-heat retention anal fissure.Methods The Clinical study of 60 patients with the operation of dampness-heat retention anal fissure was conducted in the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fujian province from 2007.01 to 2007.12,of them male were 27 cases,and female were 33 cases,at the age of patients was 16～65.Sixty patients after the operation of dampness-heat retention anal fissure are divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases) randomly.The difference between the two groups on age,sex,the course of disease,states, the area of wound surface were not significant(P＞0.05).All cases of a particular disease used local infiltration anesthesia.Anal fissure took the lateral partial divison of internal sphincterotomy,After operation sequentiluce began to change dressings.The process of the change dressing was below.The former is given Zibai Ointment on wounds while the later vaselina Ointment.First take the warm water of PP flour to bathe 10 minutes;second,the raw surface was clean by iodine,and third,take two kinds of ointment to paint on a proper size of germ free yam stick and stick in raw surface once a day. Two groups of patients were all drop infused ceftriaxone sodium into vena for 4 days after operation and the aminomethylbenzoic acid for 1 day.Make records and statistics of both groups' anal aches,anal swelling,anal surface seep and prolapsus bleeding in the second, fourth,and sixth day after operation.Make records of wounds healing condition in the fourteenth,twenty-first day and wound healing time of twenty-first day.Results①the total cure rate of the control group was73.33%,while the total cure rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,The total effective rate of two groups is100.00%,According to the statistics,there are distinct differences between these two groups in the total effects (P＜0.05),all the cases had no ang adverse effect.②the average heal time of the control group was 17～27 days and 22.30±2.84,while treatment group was 13～24 days and 22.30±2.84, The average heal time of raw surface The heal time of raw surface was significant different between the two groups,it is 2 days shorter by using Zibai Ointment than by using vaselina Ointment.③there are distinct differences between these two groups in the total symptoms (P＜0.05),as for the curative effect of the symptoms such as lessening pains,wounds swelling, bleeding.The treatment group is much better than the control group.In anal surface seep,there is no obrious difference between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Zibai Ointment has the function of clearing away pathogenic heat, drying the pathogenic dampness,removing pathogenic heat from blood,stopping bleeding and pain,alleviating edema and promoting granulation.It also works well to release pain,alleviate anal swelling,lessen bleeding and promote the wounds healing after the operation.So Zibai ointment is helpful in the treatment of dampness-heat retention anal fissure,and more effective than vaselina Ointment.
