Objective: Anal fissure is a kind of common disease of anorectal, the surgical trea-tment is a important choose at present. However, the anal fissure postoperation often ac-companied by complications, such as wound-healing and wound pain and so on,these usually become blocks of patients who choose surgical treatment. This study discusses the effect of moisture exposed burn ointment(MEBO)by the means of using MEBO in treating anal fissure postoperative wound, whose type is syndrome of downward flow of damp-heat,finding a quicker method to recover for the patients of anal fissure postoperative. Methods: The objects of study come from the inpatients of anorectal department of Fujian Provincial people's Hospital, who accord with the inclusion criteria, range from March 2018 to December 2018,to screening 60 inpatients in all.All inpatients were anal fissure patients whose type were syndrome of downward flow of damp-heat,and they all have an operation of anal expansion at rear sides under the infiltration anesthetic.Using randomized controlled methods, the 60 objects were allocated to observation group and control group according to the proportion of 1:1,each group has 30 objects. The observation group was treated with MEBO gauze, while the control group was treated with rivanol gauze.Postoperative dressing was changed routinely twice a day,and wound pain was observed on the third, seventh and fourteenth days after surgery. The wound area was measured to calculate the wound healing rate. After discharge, patients were instructed to return to hospital for dressing change every day,and woun d healing time was recorded.Results:1.There was no significant difference in preoperative general data(age and gender)between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the whole medical effect(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.In the comparison of wound pain between the observation group and the con-trol group, the data on the 7th and 14 th days after the surgery showed significant difference(P<0.05).4.In the comparison of the areas of the wound between the observation group and the control group, there was a statistical difference on the 14 th day after surgery(P<0.05).5.In the comparison of wound healing rate between the observation group and the control group, there was a statistically significant difference at the 7th and 14 th days(P<0.05).6.There was a statistically significant difference in wound healing time between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Article by comparing the MEBO gauze with rivanol gauze treatment promote the clinical effect of the treatment of anal fissure postoperative wound heal-ing,the whole medical effect of the two groups compared with both drugs can promote the wound healing of anal fissure postoperative, but in comparison with the treat-ment effects such as wound pain, the area of the wound, the wound healing rate and wound healing time and so on,the MEBO gauze have more better curative effect tha n rivanol gauze. It can clear heat, relieve pain, promoting granulation, provide a moist environment for wound. It can relieve the postoperative wound pain, relieve the postoperative wound inflammatory reaction, increase the rate of wound healing, significantly shorten the wound healing time.
