The Clinical Observation And Pathogenesis Analysis Of Metabolic Syndrome With Vertigo

Objective:To explore the characteristic and Correlative factors on familiar TCM syndrome between metabolic syndrome and vertigo,then focus on their pathogenesis and development in order to provide new consideration for stroke.Method:By collecting clinical information of the patients suffering from MS,vertigo or both,and analyzing symptoms and signs with statistic methods,generally explore dangerous factors and pathogenesis between MS and vertigo;on this basis,analyze the pathogenesis and development according to TCM theory.Result:There are common dangerous factors in the formation of MS and vertigo.There is great discrepancy on some symptoms and signs of tongue and pulse between MS and vertigo.Conclusion:MS and vertigo have some dangerous factors and pathologic basis in common.Phlegm-heat is the critical pathogenic factor for both ailments.Removing phlegm-heat has become one of the targets for better precaution and treatment of MS and vertigo,as well as for healing stroke.
