| Objective: To explore the relationship and correlative factors between metabolic syndrome and sleep apnea syndrome, then explore prevention about apoplexy further with which new thought would be supplied. Method: By collecting clinical information of the patients suffering from metabolic syndrome and sleep apnea syndrome, and analyzing symptoms and signs with the statistic methods, generally explore dangerous factor and characteristics about metabolic syndrome and sleep apnea syndrome; On this basis, analyze the pathogenesis and development of them, furthering clear and definite relationship with apoplexy.Result: There are the same dangerous factors between metabolic syndrome and sleep apnea syndrome, and no obvious differences in signs and personal information. The phlegm is the common pathological factor because there is no apparent discrepancy of tongue and pulse between these two groups.Conclusion:"Stomach excess and spleen asthenia"is the common pathogenesis for both metabolic syndrome and sleep apnea syndrome. The characteristic is deficiency-excess mixing. The phlegm is the common pathological factor, which is the pathogenesis of relationship with apoplexy. |
