Clinical Study On Effect Of BuYangHanWu Decoction On ASO Of Limbs

Objective To observe the clinical effect in atherosclerotic obliterans(ASO) of limbs treated with Buyanghuanwu decoction(BYHW).And make a discussion about the reason why Buyanghuanwu decoction can cure ASO of limbs.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into 50 patients of BYHW group,and 30 patients of Xuefuzhuyu liquid(XFZY) group.All of the patients were treated for 1 month.Then the changes of symptoms of the patients were observed.Took the level of blood fat,nitric oxide(NO), fibrinogen(FIB) and hemorheologic changes before and after the treatment.Results BYHW was effective for 96.00%of the patients in the group.And XFZY was effective for 73.33%.BYHW was better than XFZY.The level of blood fat,nitric oxide(NO), fibrinogen(FIB) and hemorheologic indicators all got better than before in BYHW group. No side effect happened during the treatment.Conclusion BYHW has a good efficacy for ASO.It is good at reducing blood fat,blood concentration and improving situation of vascular.
