Objective:to observe the effects of Preventing and Curing Diabetic Gastroparesis(DGP) with Tang Weian Misture which is based on supplementing qi and nourishing spleen,absorbing nutrient substance,ejecting injurant and purging evil moisture and heat in the blood,relax the bowels and expulsion of toxin and approaching the mechanism of action. Methods:According WHO and our countrys'relative rules set up the diagnosing and resulting standards about DGP.60 patients with DGP are divided into two groups by random.Among these patients,test group(n=30)were treated by Tang Weian Misture.Control group(n=30)were treated by Dompendone Tabldts,eight weeks was a course of treatment.After 60 days,the experiment index (symptoms,gastric emptying function,motilin,EGG,blood glucose,insulin level,Blood Lipid and BloodRheology,etc)were compared to those in begining.Results:The clinical study showed that:â‘ Tang Weian Misture can improve the clinical symptoms obviously,and the effection is better than the control group(P<0.05);â‘¡it can improve motilin, correct abnormity of EGG and accelerate gastric emptying,and the effection is better than the control group(P<0.05);â‘¢it descends FBG,2hPG,HbAlc,it descends IR markbly,can improve insulin leve,increases the insulin sensitivity and the effection is better than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);â‘¢it descends Blood Lipid and Blood Rheology markbly.There is significant difference between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tang Weian Misture had good therapeutic efficacy in DGP,it could effectively improve the clinical symptoms,it can improve motilin, correct abnormity of EGG and accelerate gastric emptying,improve gastrointestinal impetus,and it also can improve insulin level,descend the blood glucose,Blood Lipid and Blood Rheology markbly.The method of supplementing qi and nourishing spleen,absorbing nutrient substance,ejecting injurant and and purging evil moisture and heat in the blood,relax the bowels and expulsion of toxin can prevent and cure Diabetic Gastroparesis effectively.So it is worthy of further research. |
