Object:Through Study of the Relationship Between color Doppler and Molybdenum Targ X-ray Features in the phlegm and blood stasis of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands, To provide the regular changes,micro and objective indexes for different types of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands.Method:47 patients were bolongedto the phlegm and blood stasis in tcm types,who suffering from Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands.varied indexeswere observed and analyzed,To study the relationship between molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler features.Results:1.According to the BI—RADS,There are 47 patients,most belonging to dense mammary gland type and massive mammary gland type;Ⅱtype are higher proportion of all in Color Dopper2.The higher are the blood stream signal,the blood stream maximum speed(Vmax),the resistance index(RI) in Color Dopper, The higher is the gland density in High frequency molybdenum target photography,which is irrelerant with the gland thickness and the image concentrates 3.According to the block in Color dopper,which are provesd as Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands by pathlolgy, The higher are the blood stream signal,Vmax,RI in Color Dopper,The higher are the gland density,the block showing rate in High frequency molybdenum target photography,which are irrelerant with block diameter 4.the gland structure don't differece in molybdenum target X-ray and colcr Doppler features.Conclusion:High frequency molybdenum target photography and Color Doppler can be one of the most important measures in diagnosing Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands,and the blood stream signal,the blood stream maximum speed,the resistance index in Color Dopper are related to the gland density,the block showing rate in High frequency molybdenum target photography,the type of the mammary gland,block,density can be the objective indexes for differentiation of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands.and it can enrich the system of differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine of this disease.
