| Objective:The efficacy and safety of Xiaoyaoyubei capsule in the treatment of pyogenic hyperplasia of liver phlegm were further evaluated by comparing the extent and extent of breast pain,the quality.size and size of breast lumps,and the comparison of other symptoms before and after treatment.Methods:In the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of our university.90 patients with liver phlegm coagulation-type hyperplasia were selected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The treatment group was given Xiaoyao Mubei Capsule(professor Zhao Shanghua from the country's oldest person)3 tablets/time,3 times/day,and the control group was given 4 capsules/time,3 times/day,except the menstrual period.The second group was continuously treated for 3 months,and the changes of die main symptoms and syndromes before and after the treatment were observed in each group,and the data were recorded.Results:The statistical results showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.89%after teatment and 77.33%in the control group.The difference in total effective rate between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).This conclusion indicates that the treatment group has superior curative effect.The control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving breast pain,mass size,etc.,and improving irritable irritability,chest pain and swelling,etc.(P<0.01),in improving the hardness of the lump,the scope of the tumor and menstrual disorders,etc.No significant pros and cons were found in the two groups(P>0.05);total scores and syndromes in the main symptoms(pain,lump hardness,size,and range)were noted(irritability,irritability,menstrual disorders,chest bulging,and body fatigue).)The total score of the other aspects and total symptom scores(main symptom score+concurrent score)were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Oral Xiaoyaobei shell capsule has the functions of relieving liver and relieving stagnation,relieving phlegm and dissolving pain,and treating liver phlegm coagulation type hyperplasia of mammary gland. |
