| Objective:General evaluate the clinical curative effect,security and to detect and analyze its mechanism by performing the clinical study of qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid on acute dampness-heat type eczema.Method:1 Divide the patients who are suffering from acute eczema and sonsistent with the ingression standard into three groups randomly.2 The treatment group(qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid group) includes 32 cases.Component of qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid:Radix Gentianae10g Scutellaria Georgi 10g, Plantago Asiatica L.30g,Shengdihuang 30g,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis 10g, Densefruit Pittany Root-bark15g;taking 20ml each time,twice a day for 2 weeks. Chinese control group includes 32 cases,taking Longdanxiegan Pills Each time 6g, 1st day for 2 weeks.Western medicine control group includes 32 cases,taking Cetirizine hydrochloride Each time 1 piece,one a day for 2 weeks.The Chinese herbs and Western medicine or other therapies with similar effect are forbidden during the study.For obvious exudative,only to the 3%boric acid solution poultices.Makes a follow-up visit for 1 month to all healing patient.3 Obsering indicatrix:the change of symptom and the physical sign(skin to damage area,skin damages shape,tongue pulse condition and so on) the change,the pruritus degree change,the T cell subgroup inspection,the cell factor inspection,the healing patient's recurrence rate,.safety indicators(blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney function,adverse reactions),ect. Clinical criteria reference to the efficacy criteria on "Chinese medicine clinical research guidelines".Result:1 The qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid total effectiveness is 93.8%,(81.3%) compares the non-significance difference with the hydrochloric acid group(P＞0.05), (68.8%) compares the difference obviously with the longdanxiegan pills group(P＜0.05).2 The qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid desiccant significant efficiency 71.9%, and cetirizine hydrochloride Group and China Liver Pills gentian group differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).3 The qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid group antipruritic effect and cetirizine hydrochloride group there was no significant difference(P＞0.05),better than longdanxiegan pills group(P＜0.05).4 The qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid desiccant group recurrence rate was 18.2%, significantly less than longdanxiegan pills group(42.9%) and cetirizine(50 per cent). 5 The safety indicators show the qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid is safety.6 One pair of eczema in patients with acute peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets and its contents were measured,and a normal healthy people as controls.Eczema treatment of acute peripheral blood of patients with CD4~+,CD4~+ / CD8~+ are lower than that of CD8~+ T cells higher than normal.The oral liquid desiccant Qingre after treatment, acute eczema patients with CD4~+,CD4~+ / CD8~+ than before treatment was significantly increased(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),CD8~+ T cells than the average pre-treatment(P＜0.05).7 Before the treatment,serum levels of IL-2 and IL-5 were significantly lower in the patient with acute eczema than those in the normal controls, serum levels of IL-4 andγ-IFN were significantly higher than normal controls. After the treatment by qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid,serum levels were significantly creased for IL-2 and IL-5(P＜0.05,P＜0.05);the level of IL-4 has decreased dramatically(P＜0.01);theγ- IFN has very little change(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The qing-re-chu-shi oralused liquid has good clinical effect on acute dampness-heat type eczema.It can reduce the total integration,ease itching, efficacy is superior to the control group,low recurrence rate,no significant side effects advantages.At the same time,it can improve immune function in patients with acute eczema and immune surveillance functions and to strengthen the body's immune cells and humoral immune function,inhibiting the formation of IFNlammatory mediators,eczema in patients with acute regulation of differentiation of Th1/Th2 imbalance. |
