Objective:Preliminary explore the safety and effectiveness of using water solution of XiangLian golden power for wet dressing to treat acute eczema (dampness-heat syndrome), so as to provide treatment of acute eczema of dampness-heat syndrome new external treatment method.Methods:Meet the criteria70cases patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with Xianglian golden powder and oral administration drug; The control group were treated with Pifukang lotion and the same oral administration drug, both groups observation7days. The changes of EASI groups ratings and itching, adverse reaction of the score changes and recurrence were observed. The referral were did when patients were treated after3,5,7days. symptom and sign of patient. Data of every group were analyzed. The results are used SPSS19.0statistical analysis, make therapy.Results:Treatment group:basic cure was seen in5cases, effective in12cases, improvement inl1cases, ineffective in3cases, the total effective rate is90.3%。control group:basic cure was seen in3cases, effective in14cases, improvement in9cases, ineffective in4cases, the total effective rate is86.7%。the statistical analysis (P>0.05) before and after the treatment were no different points between the treatment group and control group.Treatment group and control group all did not observe obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions:XiangLian golden power and PiFukang lotion were efficient for acute eczema. However, the former are more effective than the latter in the itching relieving, besides the former is cheap and safety, so possess the clinical value.
