The Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Adolescent Period Cervical Syndrome Through The Li-Ji-Tong-Mai Manipulation

Objective:To design the clinical control trait,research the mechanism and curative effect of Adolescent Period Cervical Syndrome through the Li-Ji-Tong-Mai Manipulation.Methods:75 Adolescent Period Cervical Syndrome patients were selected according to the criteria in proper order.Divided into 2 groups randomly.The 38 patients of the treatment group treated through the Li-Ji-Tong-Mai Manipulation,and the other 37 patients of the control group treated though Procedure-Controlling Traction.One time one day,two weeks was a cycle,evaluated data through blind analysis.Evaluation index include complains and symptoms,signs,life quality,assistant check,etc.All items evaluated through quantity form,after one treatment cycle,compared the total scores between before and after treatment.Compared the discount value between groups. Compared the curative effect according to the findings of X-ray of before and after treatment.And Compared recurrence symptoms of after treatment.Results:1.The cases fitting treatment plan were analyzed.The treatment group was 38,and the control group was 37.The significant effective rate of the treatment group was 89.47%,and significant higher than the control group 62.16%(P＜0.05).The results showed the total curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The scores of the necks and shoulders in pain symptoms both increased.The both P values of the two groups before and after treatment were lesser 0.01.The two groups both showed effective.The P value through discount values of the two groups before and after treatment was lesser 0.01,and had very significant difference.Combined X±S after treatment,we knew the effect in relieving the pain symptoms of the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The total scores of the two groups patients both increased.The both P values of the two groups before and after treatment were lesser 0.01.The two groups both showed effective.The P value through statistical analysis discount values of the two groups before and after treatment was lesser 0.01,and had very significant difference. Combined(?)±S after treatment,we knew the effect in improving the symptoms,signs and life quality of the treatment group was better than the control group.4.The C values of the abnormality cervical curve of two numerous group patients got improvement partially.The P value through statistical analysis discount values of the C value of the two groups before and after treatment was lesser 0.01,and had very significant difference.After classification of the physiologic curve,The P value of the number of the treatment group before and after treatment was lesser 0.01.The P value of the control group was higher 0.05.So we knew the effect in improving abnormality physiologic curve of the treatment group was better than the control group.5.The situation of recurrent symptoms were that there was not difference between groups of 2 months and 4 months(P＞0.05),there was significant difference between two groups followed up after 6 months(P＜0.05).To hold on curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Li-Ji-Tong-Mai Manipulation could improve the symptoms,signs and life quality of the Adolescent Period Cervical Syndrome patients.2.Li-Ji-Tong-Mai Manipulation could improve abnormality physiologic curve of the Adolescent Period Cervical Syndrome patients.3.Li-Ji-Tong-Mai Manipulation has significant feature in holding on treatment effect.
