Clinical Study On Zhibai Dihuang Decoction And A Prescription For External Bathing In Treating Senile Vaginitis Of The Type Of Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:This study used three Chinese medicine therapies that is Chinese Herbs and Washing,Chinese Herbs and Chinese Washing to treat senile vaginitis the type of liver-kidney yin deficiency,observe its clinical efficacy,the changes of partial vaginal Syndrome and the improvement on the situation,and contrast its difference,we look forward to discuss the relatively ideal method of treatment of it,and to provide a reference for finding the best clinical feasible treatment on it.Numerical data and method:Choices are to meet the diagnostic criteria of the topics studied 90 cases,according to the order labeling patients appointments,with envelopes were randomly divided into A,B and C group(30 cases).The therapy group(A):Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and A prescription for external bathing treatment group,the control group 1(B):Zhibai Dihuang Decoction oral treatment group,the control group 2(C):A prescription for external bathing treatment group, they are all take 14 days as a treatment course.Contrasting the patient's symptoms and signs before the treatment,stops the medicine 2 days later,stops the medicine 2 weeks later and stops the medicine 2 months later,carrying on an evaluation to the clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate of three kinds of Chinese medicine therapies.Consequence:①Comparison groups:There are no significant differences between among three groups in age,duration of menopause,duration,vaginal secretions examination,vaginal PH value,and local signs integral and integral Syndrome before the treatment(P＞0.05);After Stopping the medicine two days and two weeks,there are significant differences among three groups(P＜0.05),group A is better than group B and C;group C is better than A in the 2 days after withdrawal(P＜0.05);But in 2 weeks after withdrawal,there is no significant difference between group B and C(P＞0.05).②Comparison in group:In the improvement of local signs,three groups have significant differences in before and 2 days after the withdrawal,2 weeks after the withdrawal(P＜0.05); At the 2 days and 2 weeks after withdrawal,group B and C have no significant differences (P＞0.05),group A has significant difference(P＜0.05);In improving Syndrome,the three groups all have significant difference before and after treatment(P＜0.05).③After stoped drugs for two months,the relapse rate among the three groups was significant difference(P＜0.05),in group A recurrence rate of about 9.1%,about 38.5%in group C,and about 66.7%in group B;But in group B and C,group C and A compared,the recurrence rate is not significant difference.Result:Against senile vaginitis the type of liver-kidney yin deficiency,three different Chinese medicine can improve in patients with signs and Syndrome.In the treatment and recurrence rate,Chinese Herbs and washing therapy is superior to simple Chinese Herbs therapy and Chinese Washing therapy,but Chinese Washing therapy effect in the short term than Oral therapy,but the recurrence rate between the two groups had no significant difference after two months.
