Clinical Study Of Longdan Fumigating-washing Lotion For Acute Anal Eczema Of Downward Flow Damp-heat

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Longdan fumigating-washing lotion in the treatment of acute anal eczema of downward flow damp-heat.Methods: The Clinical study of 60 patients of anal eczema of downward flow damp-heat was conducted in ** Hospital from February to December in 2007, of them male were 29 cases, and female were 31 cases, at the age of patients was 20～58. Sixty patients anal eczema are divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) randomly. The difference between the two groups on sex, age, the course of disease were not significant. The treatment group was given Longdan fumigating-washing lotion one time everyday,and continued for 7 days. For the control group, potassium permanganate was given by 1/5000 like Longdan fumigating-washing lotion. Make records and statistics of both groups' itching, lesion of anal surface before treatment and the second, fifth, and seventh day. Made observation of total therapeutic effect in the seventh day.Rusult: The total effective rate of itching, lesion of anal surface,and effusion in seventh day of the treatment respectively were 96.67%,96.67%,96.67%., and the rate of the control group respectively were 86.67%,83.33 %,80.00% .Through statistics,the total effective of the two group was distinct different. As for the curative effect of the symptom such as alleviate itching, lesion of anal surface,and effusion, The treatment group was much better than the contorl group. There is no obviously side effect in the treatment.Conclusion: Longdan fumigating-washing lotion can effectively alleviate the symptoms such as itching, lesion of anal surface and effusion. There is no obviously side effect in the treatment. It is safe and effective Chinese drugs pharmaceutics.
