Clinical Study Of Xiaoyanshengji Ointment For Wounds Healing After Operation Of Downward Flow Damp-heat Anal Fistula

Objective:To observe the Xiaoyanshengji ointment's effect on wounds healing after the operation of low-set simple anal fistula of downward flow damp-heat.Methods:The Clinical study of 60 patients with the operation of low-set simple anal fistula of downward flow damp-heat was conducted in the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in FuJian province from January to December in 2007,of them male were 44 cases, and female were 16 cases,at the age of patients was 18～57.Sixty patients after the operation of anal fistula are divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases) randomly.The difference between the two groups on sex,age,the course of disease and the area of wound surface were not significant.Low-set anal fistula took to cut open in local infiltration anesthesia.The treatment group was given Xiaoyanshengji ointment on wounds at the first day after the operation of anal fistula;the later Rivanol at the same day.Made records of both group's anal aches,anal swelling and anal surface seep in the day before treatment and the second,fourth,and sixth day after operation.Then made statistics according to the records. Made observation of wounds healing rates in the fourteenth,twenty-first and twenty-eighth day,wounds healing time and total therapeutic effect in the twenty-eighth day.Result:1 In the twenty-eighth day,the cure rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, the cure rate of the control group was 80.00%.The total therapeutic effect of the two group is distinctly different.2 After treated with the treatment group,the healing time of surface was 11～30 days,the average healing time of raw surface was 21.20 days,while the later was 16～34 days and 23.93 days.The healing time of raw surface was significant different between the two groups.3 The wounds healing rate between the fourteenth and twenty-first day was significant different in the treatment group and the control group.The wounds healing rate in the fourteenth and twenty-first day was significant different between the treatment group and the control group.4 As for the curative effect of the symptom such as anal aches,anal swelling and anal surface seep,there was no significant different between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.The effect between the day before treatment and the sixth day after operation was significant different in the treatment group and the control group. The effect of lessening pains and anal surface seep in the second,fourth and sixth day after operation was significant different between the treatment group and the control group.But in reducing anal surface seep,there is no obvious difference between the treatment group and the control group in the second,fourth and sixth day after operation.5 There is no obviously side effect in the treatment.Conclusion.Xiaoyanshengji ointment has significant effects on the complications.It can alleviate anal aches,lessen anal swelling and anal surface seep,and promote the wounds healing after operation.It can heal the wounds alter the operation of low-set simple anal fistula of downward flow damp-heat very well.It is better than Rivanol.The Chinese drugs pharmaceutics is safe and effective.
