Clinical Study On Treating Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease For The Aged With Synchronic Treating Heart And Lungs

Objective:To study the meaning of synchronic treating heart and lungs theory in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease for the aged,and observe the clinical effect of Xuanfei Tongmai decoction on it.Methods:60 aged patients of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided randomly into two groups.30 cases with Xuanfei Tongmai decoction were taken as treatment group,another 30 cases treated with Fufang danshen diwan were taken as control group.The changes of clinical symptoms and index in all the patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:The statistical results and ECG show that the method of treatment group is superior or similar to that of control group in promoting clinical symptoms,regulating the blood-lipoid,promoting blood rheology and electrocardiogram,improving vascular endothelial function.Conclusion:Xuanfei Tongmai has the effect of alleviating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and this study enriches the theory of TCM treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease for the aged.
