| Objective:To study the meaning of synchronic treating heart and liver theory in an-gina pectoris of coronary heart disease for the aged, and observe the clinical effect of Jin zhi Tongluo decoction on it. Methods:60 elderly patients of angina pectoris of coronary he- art disease were divided randomly into two groups.32 cases with Jinzhi Tongluo dec-oction were taken as control group, another 28 cases treated with Fufang danshen diwan w- ere taken as group. The changes of clinical symptoms and index in all the patients were ob- served before and after treatment. Results:The statistical results and ECG show that the method of treatment group is superior or similar to that of control group in promoting cl- inical symptoms regulating the blood-lipoid,promoting blood rheology and electro-cardiogram,improving vascular endothelial function. Conclusion:Jinzhi Tongluo deco-ction has the effect of alleviating angina pectoris of coronary heart diseases, and the study enriches the traditional Chinese medicine theory treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease for the aged.
