The Disquisition Of Diagnostic Value Of CT-perfusion Imaging To The Cerebrovascular Disease Of Non-infarct And Ischemic

Objective:To estimate the diagnostic Value of CT-perfusion imaging to the cerebrovascuiar disease of non-infarct and ischemic.Materials and Methods:All the 40 patients of cerebrovascular disease were detected by CT,CTPI,CTA and TCD.The data acquired by CTPI and CTA was done the after-treatment by Adw4.2;and analyzed the images of CTPI.Results:The study found that there were abnormal perfusion regions to all the patients.There were 29 cases in the stageâ… 1 pre-infarction,4 cases in the stageâ… 2,5 patients in the stageâ…¡1 and 2 in the stageâ…¡2.The inspection result of CTA:the blood vessel of brain of 25 cases were natural and 15 were deviant.The result of TCD:the blood vessel of brain of 20 patients were natural and 20 were deviant.Conclusion:The CTPI could found out the cerebral ischemic focus which had the symptoms without the changes of morphologic of iconography and even the abnormal perfusion regions without symptoms.So that the CTPI could provide the full and accurate proofs of iconography for the diagnosis,prevention and cure of cerebral infarction in the early stage of.cerebral infarction.
