But most of that are retrospective study of clinical case to expound exist correlativity in both.To through laboratory to demonstration is famine,This paper will be divided cases into three groups,through high performance liquid chromatogram(HPLC) and fluorescence detector to determine the density bile acid in mucous membrane of co the right colon carcinoma.To approach if the cholecystectomy is one of the high risk factors of the colon carcinoma,so have new documentation that to early discovery the colon carcinoma for that patient have cholecystectomy some years,so approve to raise healing rate and survival of the colon carcinoma for thatMethods All cases in three groups were gathered in our hospital during July 2006 to January 2008,30 cases that the right colon carcinoma no with cholecystectomy or cholecystolithiasis as group A,23 cases that the right colon carcinoma with cholecystectomy as group A,at the same time 23 cases that the right colon cancer with cholecystectomy patients as group B,25 cases that the right colon cancer with cholecystolithiasis as a group C.Use high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection to determination the concentration of the acid (CA),and chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA),deoxycholic acid(DCA),lithocholic acid (LCA) in colonic mucosa.To analysis if have highly significant difference that CA,CDCA,DCA,LCA,primary bile acids and secondary bile acids in three groups through Single factor analysis of variance.Results respectively analysis CA,CDCA,DCA,LCA,primary bile acids and secondary bile acids in three groups through Single factor analysis of variance,the results showed that:(1) CA,CDCA and primary bile acids have no highly significant difference among the three groups;(2) DCA,LCA in the group A and the group B,in the group A and the group C have highly significant difference,(P＜0.05),in the Group B and the group C have no highly significant difference.(3) secondary bile acids and secondary bile acids/primary bile acids in the group A and the group B,in the group A and the group C have highly significant difference, in the Group B and the group C have no highly significant difference.Conclusion 1.The composition of bile acid in mucous membrane of colon have change in cholecystectomy and cholecystolithiasis,the ratios of primadry bile acid and secondary bile acid is increase,so the secondary bile acid have close relationship with colon carcinoma in cholecystectomy or cholecystolithiasis.2.It has semblable bile acid metabolism in colon carcinoma that with cholecystectomy and that with cholecystolithiasis.But it has different bile acid metabolism in colon carcinoma that with gallbladder affection and that no with gallbladder affection.3.It has no necessarily association that the colon carcinoma that with gallbladder affection and operate cholecystectomy4.The cholecystectomy and the cholecystolithiasis is one of high risk factors of colon carcinoma...
