Objective To evaluate of the effect of the laparoscopic Miles surgery versus open Miles surgery.Method The radical excision(Miles) under the laparoscope was chosen by 67 patients and 35 patients chose open surgery . Evaluate the operation time, number of the lymph node identified, blood loss, the total fee and after-surgery outcomes .Results Average blood loss was 100.02ml(under the laparoscope, A 0.05) ;average operation time of the former 30 and later 30 of the LC group were 200.42 ml and 180.10 ml(P<0.05).No disparation on the number of lymph node scavenged and the total fee(P> 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic Miles is less traumatic, less painful in postoperation and earlier in recovery. There is no disparation on the excision range and the total fee of Laparoscopic Miles and the conventional operation. Laparoscopic Miles is feasible in skeleton hospital.
