YinYang-WuXing theory is the foundation of traditional Chinese Medicine theory, and has extensive application in this field. It is used to explain the relationship between the five organs, to illustrate the mutual infections when one organ has pathological changes, and to instruct doctors in diagnosis and treatment. The inheritance and development traditional Chinese Medicine is mainly depended on its modernization, which requires us to make plenty use of the advanced technology, research concept, and the spirit of science in the western world. YinYang-WuXing theory is the groundwork of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, while mathematics is that of natural science, they are doomed to combine together. The mathematical factor in traditional Chinese Medicine will be the accelerant to their combination.Recent researches on WuXing theory are mainly preceded in the field of system description. The results of the researches are only able to trace out the rest state of WuXing system, but absent of time domain predictability. These researches is kind of kinematics in the space scale. Therefore, it comes out to be a demand to establish dynamic models to reveal the dynamic principles of WuXing system and to present us with time predictability.According to traditional Chinese Medicine, the functional structure of human body is composed of five functional subsystems which are based on the five organs concept, and the relationship between them could be expatiated with WuXing theory. WuXing system is taken as our research object. Before establishing the dynamic model of the WuXing system, 3 steps of work is done first. The 1st step is to bring forward 4 basic assumptions. The 2nd step is to set up model expectations, in which WuXing is corresponded to the five organs, the movement of the WuXing system corresponded to that of the human body self-organization system with five organs as its kernel, and the stable, relative stable or associate dynamic equilibrium, unstable state of the WuXing system corresponded respectively to the healthy, sub-healthy or pathology platform period, pathological state of the human body. The 3rd step is to set up dynamic parameter of the dynamic model according to the relations between the five elements of the WuXing system. After the 3 steps are finished, the dynamic model is then established. The model is one set of ordinary differential equations. Some predigesting work is done first, and then the initial problems of the predigested dynamic model are analyzed. Numerical simulation is used as our chief method. According to a mass of simulation results, some conclusions could be reasoned out.The dynamic model has the characteristic of self-organization. There is only on stable point with local stability in the five-dimensional space. There exists the instability domain in the five-dimensional space. The stability domain is unbounded; it contains some special subdomains, including rectilineal-subdomains, ray-subdomains and line-subdomains. In some ray-subdomains, there exists "comeback summits", the peak value of the comeback summit is comeback threshold. The existence of the comeback threshold means that, if the human body wants to go back to the healthy state from a certain special state which is corresponded to the initial conditions located in a domain with comeback summit, it has to get cross the comeback threshold. The comeback threshold is the division the healthy state and the sub-healthy state. With the local stable point corresponded to the healthy state, the instable domain to the pathological state and the comeback summit dividing the two state above, the simplified dynamic model basically satisfies our model expectations. Some research work is done to investigate the response of the WuXing dynamic model to the impact stimulation, and results in the decrease of the system's comeback threshold. There are 3 manners to achieve this goal, and they tally with the principle of the WuXing system and the experimental rules in clinicThe dynamic model qualitatively reveals some rules of the WuXing system, which provides a new kind of analyzing tool to the research on traditional Chinese Medicine theory.
