Chapter 1: This chapter has been introduced the property, clinical application and sideeffects of a new generation of anthraquinone anticancer drugs. In addition, the research progress of such drugs have been briefly introduced in this chapter. At the same time, the applications of electrochemical methodology in anthraquinone anticancer drugs analysis have been represented in this chapter.Chapter 2: In this chapter, the electrochemical behaviors of doxorubicin hydrochloride at a glassy carbon electrode has been researched by electrochemical method. The results showed that a sensitive redox peak of doxorubicin hydrochloride at a glassy carbon electrode was obtained, furthermore this method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used for the determination and Pharmacokinetics study of doxorubicin hydrochloride. The current property of redox peak of doxorubicin hydrochloride was investigated by the cyclic voltammetry. The characteristic reversible adsorption of the peak was proved.Chapter 3: The electrochemical behavior of daunorubicin hydrochloride on silver disk electrode has been studied, in addition, the electrochemical methods has been used for study on the interaction between daunorubicin hydrochloride and bovine serum albumin. The results showed that a sensitive reduction peak of daunorubicin hydrochloride has been obtained in the base solution of Britton-Robinson buffer solution (pH8.5) and 0.1 mol·L-1 Na2SO4 solution, but bovine serum albumin has not reduction peak. When bovine serum albumin was added in daunorubicin hydrochloride solution, the reduction peak of daunorubicin hydrochloride will fall down. The peak current declining value was directly proportional to the bovine serum albumin concentration. At the same time, binding ratio and binding constant between daunorubicin hydrochloride and BSA have been studied, 1 : 1 complexes have been formation after calculating.Chapter 4: The interaction of doxorubicin hydrochloride (ADM) and DNA was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. The effect of three kinds of metal ion (Cu2+,Zn2+,Mg2+) effect on the interaction between ADMand DNA is also studied.
