Objective To discuss the connection between the mental ill-manner of Type A Behavior Pattern(TABP) and plasma marker of damaged blood vessel endothelium of cerebral infarction. Methods Firstly, we examined a group of 70 patients with cerebral infarction versus a group of 75 persons without any blood disease or tumors by applying the Chart of Typical Behaviors of Type A Behavior Pattern. Secondly, we measured the abnormal amounts of ET and TM in plasma of the patients that mark the damage of blood vessel endothelium. And then,we analyzed the connection between the amounts of markers and scores in CH of chart and in SAS scales that attribute to the TABP.Results In sharp contrast(p<0.05)with the group of 75 cases,40% of the group of 70 patients are with TABP. The amounts of ET and TM of the patients with TABP are obviously higher than without TABP(p<0.05). Among to the patients with TABP, the amounts of ET and TM that scores in CH are higher than in TH, as well as the scores in SAS more than 40, are clearly higher than the others (p<0.05).Conclusion People with TABP are apt to get cerebral infarction.Rectifying the ill-manner of people with TABP will do good to the precaution against cerebral infarction.
