With the development of information technology rapidly, the information sources generate and change constantly , and have created massive distribution of data sets. How to use these data effectively, it is urgent to be solved in information field. Database is an effective way of data management, However, the limitation of the traditional relative database has been unable to satisfy the demand of current information, such as expressing object, relating object with behavior, understanding data semantics, etc. Based on the object-oriented database can express complex object and ontology can express data semantics, in view of the current database system can not handle massive distributed data effectively, we present a database model that based on the ontology and object-oriented method.Currently, in the medical field, the case is extremely valuable source of knowledge, Computer-base Patient Records(CPR) is the realization of goals, and has been a practical application. But now the case of electronic data is in the form of text, its semantic content of computer information can not handle, and will be difficult to achieve automated knowledge acquisition. Moreover, as the CPR is still not standardized data formats, different information systems can not be achieved sharing and interoperability. The problems above must be resolved from the perspective of formal semantics.In this paper, first, we carried on the detailed introduction to the link grammar of the Computational Linguistics and understood the grammar structure of the link grammar. As the international health correspondence standard, HL7 had defined some important concepts and event of the Medical Informatics and obtained the widespread application, so the CPR's information and the data can standardize and the medical establishments can facilitate realize electronic medical record sharing and the retrieval quickly wherever they are. But the HL7 was still defined by the natural language, so we need to enables it the formalization and have the mean of the Semantics. Then we defined a grammar structure based on the Computational Linguistics and HL7, and it was suitable for the CPR, and then developed a CPR system.
