| Objective:To explore the significance of serum adiponectin changes in the patients with pre-eclampsia,and to study the relationships between adiponectin and blood flow resistance of uterine artery and umbilical artery.Methods:To select singleton pregnancy women in out-patient clinic of The MaternaI and ChiId Health of Jinan which were systemic checked and diliveried without complication.To adopt the methods of case-control study.The research group included 55 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia(30 patients with mild pre-eclampsia,25 patients with severe pre-eclampsia),The control group included 30 normal pregnant women.Radioimmunoassay was used to examine the serum levels of adiponectin in pregnant women of two groups and their neonate.In all patients,The pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI),ratio of peak systolic to least diastolic flow velocity(S/D) of uterine artery and umbilical artery were detected by color doppler monitor.at the same time,the neonate's birth weight and placental weight of two groups were recorded.Results:The everage level of serum adiponeetin was 14.15±8.68ug/L in the research group,7.65±3.25ug/L in the control,the difference was significant(P<0.01).The everage level of adiponectin in severe pre-eclampsia was 16.52±7.36 ug/L,higher than that of mild pre-eelampsia,(12.58±8.56)ug/L and the control group(P<0.01);The everage level of adiponectin in neonate vena umbilicalis of the research group has no significant difference with the control's (32.81±6.26 ug/L,vs 37.56±3.58 ug/L,P>0.05).The neonates' serum levels of adiponectin in mild pre-eclampsia,severe pre-eclampsia and control groups have no difference.The serum level of adiponectin in pregnant woman was lower than neonates(P<0.01).The serum levels of adiponectin in pregnant women were not correlated with the levels of vena umbilicalis(r=P>0.05).The serum levels of adiponectin in pregnant women and vena umbilicalis were not correlated with the birth weight of the neonates(P>0.05).The birth weight of the neonates in research group was lower than that of the control's(P<0.05).The serum levels of adiponectin were correlated with the S/D of the uterine artery in patients of pre-eclampsia.In normal pregnant women,the serum levels of adiponectin were not correlated with the S/D,PI,RI of uterine artery and umbilical artery.Conclusions:(1)Adiponectin might participate the patho-physiology case of pre-eclampsia.(2) The serume levels of adiponectin in patients of pre-eclampsia was correlated with S/D of uterine artery which reflects adiponectin might participate the pathogenesy of pre-eelampsia by remoding the uterus spiral arteriolar blood vessel.(3) The increasing serum levels of adiponectin in patients of pre-eclampsia reflect feedback mechanism of adiponectin to vascular endothelial cell damage,insulin resistance,anti-Vascularization and artherosclerosis in patients of pre-eclampsia.(4)The serum levels of adiponectin in pregnant woman was not correlated with the levels of vena umbilicalis showing adiponectin origin from pregnant woman and neonate respectively.Adiponectin do not pass the placental barrier. |
